  • Students in 3rd-5th grades who enjoy singing, can sign up for Choir Club after school on Fridays from 3:15-4:00 PM in the Choir room starting on November 4th.   Students in Choir Club are eligible to be nominated for the GMEA (Georgia Music Educators Association) District 3 Elementary Honor Choir and the Georgia Sixth Grade Statewide Honor Chorus for the 23-24 school year.  Students in Choir Club will also have first consideration for solos in programs at Wynnbrook such as Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter programs.  Choir Club will also be featured at school programs and concerts.  Choir Club has an annual fee of $20 which includes a Choir Club t-shirt and music for the year.  Students can be picked up by the church office at 4:00, or taken to Adventure Club to wait for you to pick them up at a later time.

If you would like your student to participate in Choir Club, please click here.

  • All 4th and 5th grade students at Wynnbrook will learn to play the Recorder in Music class.  Students who wish to learn more notes and more complex songs have the opportunity to sign up for Recorder Club on Thursdays after school from 3:15-4:00 in the church Choir room starting on November 3rd.  Recorder Club has an annual fee of $10 which covers music and Recorder Karate rewards.  Recorder Club is an excellent way to prepare your student to join Band in 5th grade, or it can just be a fun place to play an instrument together with other students.  The Recorder Karate curriculum is designed to encourage individual growth as well as ensemble performance.  Students may progress through the songs as quickly as they are able to perform them well.  Students can be picked up by the church office at 4:00, or taken to Adventure Club to wait for you to pick them up at a later time.  If you would like your student to participate in Recorder Club, please click here.
