Family Portal

Accessing Family Portal 

FACTS Family Portal is a private and secure parents’ portal that will allow parents to view academic information specific to their children, while protecting their children’s information from others. You may view your child’s grades and homework as well as other useful school information. You can also communicate with teachers and other school staff online whenever necessary.

Here’s how to access our easy-to-use Family Portal Online: 

In Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Internet Explorer go to www.factsmgt.com and click Parent Login, then select FACTS Family Portal (ParentsWeb).

Type the school's District Code WB-GA

Click Create New Family Portal Account.

Type your email address and click Create Account. An email will be sent which includes a link to create your login. The link is active for 6 hours.

From the email, click the link to create your Family Portal (ParentsWeb) login.

A web browser displays your Name and FACTS SIS Person ID.

Type a User Name, Password, and Confirm the password.

Click Save User Name and/or Password.
A message displays at the top of the browser, "User Name/Password successfully updated."

You may now log in to Family Portal using your new user name and password.

 

Family Portal allows you to access:

Student attendance and daily grades

Lesson plans and homework

School events and lunch ordering 

Check your child's grades with Family Portal

We are pleased to offer Family Portal which allows school families to access school information via the internet on a computer or mobile device. Our school management system, FACTS, offers parents access to a great deal of school and classroom information on a day-to-day basis. Please be assured that the security of your student and family information is a priority, and no one is able to access student records except designated parents/guardians.  We will send information to each family regarding accessing your account.

Our goal is to utilize this website and its accompanying e-mail options as our primary source of communication with our school families. Please take time to become familiar with Family Portal and the information available to you. If you do not have internet access at home or work, the school library computers will be available for your convenience. Hard copies of school calendar, classroom announcements, and school announcements may be made available in the school office for those who have no other means to access this information.
